File uploads with special chars failing

Filemanager blacklists the following characters: ;=+<>|"[]/:*?

Should sanitize uploads so they don't include these characters rather than forcing client to rename them.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
