Add Drag and Drop to Filemanager

Created originally on Bitbucket by lambjs (Josh Lamb)

When clicking on the Add File button in the Filemanager, a file upload dialog pops up where you can add up to 10 files to be uploaded at once. We want to change this interface to include a drag/droppable region using the Dropzone.js library (google it, it's pretty slick and easy to use).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
