Directories should have a slash appended for GCS compatibility

Created originally on Bitbucket by lambjs (Josh Lamb)

Directories should have a slash appended for GCS compatibility. GCS does not recognize ”directory”. It requires ”directory/”.

Double-check that this doesn’t break the local directory setup.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
